One of the most beautiful places on the Big Island of Hawaii is Pololu Valley. It’s on the north side of the island past Hawi (literally at the end of the road.) You can hike down to the black sand beach and even keep hiking all the way around the island to Waipio Valley! We’ve only hiked down to the black sand beach.
